Bracket drag racing returned to Infineon Raceway under unseasonably warm temperatures and sunny skies, Nov. 30, as more than 275 drag racers gathered on the Sonoma Valley drag strip for the final drag racing event of the year. Racers from as far as Oregon and Nevada as well as a large group from the Eureka area packed the staging lanes for the opportunity to test their driving skills against the local contingent.

Infineon Raceway donated a single-year record of nearly 3,000 pounds of non-perishable food items to Friends in Sonoma Helping (FISH) and the Committee on the Shelterless (COTS) in Petaluma during the facility's 8th annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Community members can help make sure all children in the Sonoma Valley have a merry Christmas this holiday season by donating toys for the 6^th annual High-Powered Toy Drive at Infineon Raceway.

All toys collected during the campaign will be distributed to more than 250 children at the raceway's 4^th annual Race to the Holidays Christmas Party on Saturday, Dec. 13.
