Having been signed by the Red Bull Junior Team to drive in Europe in 2006, the now 18-year-old has fast-tracked path that points toward Formula One.
Having contested Formula First, Formula Ford and the Toyota Racing Series in his formative years, Brendon is now a force in Europe by winning the Formula Renault 2.0 World Series for 2007.
Regarded as New Zealand's youngest successful competitor, he has won many races (including the Dan Higgins Memorial Trophy).
His motorsport career comes from an early start in Karts, as he now steers down the path of professionalism.
A former student of Palmerston North's Boys High School, Brendon's education has continued while based in Europe through a number of correspondence courses.
