Description:
Langley Speedway Historical Society (LSHS) - is a registered, not for profit society, dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Langley Speedway, collecting photos, video and memorabilia.
Langley Speedway was once the most famous oval track in this region.
It should not be forgotten or destroyed. Our intent is to be sure everyone knows about Langley Speedway.
As part of our efforts to return dignity to Langley Speedway and raise awareness of the track, the LSHS has partnered with the Township of Langley, in their Adopt-a-Street program.
On a once a month basis, we clean the roadsides along 208th St., from 16th Ave. to the track gates, and 200th St. between 16th and 8th Ave.
We have had several positive comments from residents along these routes.
